solvents and chemicals? Are they to be stored at room temperature? Do you
have to take some kind of a chemical training course or does it all come
down to common sense? Any special licenses or permits required?
Q: I’ve read the post on floor
tiles, the whole process sounds almost like precision surgery and not
something to take lightly to say the least. What is a factory seal, why do
the manufacturers put it on floor tiles? Does the seal need to be stripped
while waxing the floor? It sounds like a very...first word that comes to
mind is a pain in the butt. From the reading I’ve done it sounds like a
good market but it’s a long process. Am I mistaken by assuming this?

bathrooms that are totally disgusting? How do you deal with it besides
gloves, do you use masks or just tell the customer you are going to pass
on this particular job?
Q: Do you wear uniforms?
Q: What if your car isn't in the
greatest shape, doesn't that kind of bring down your image if you are
cleaning upscale houses?
Q: You give an estimate on a house
for a first time cleaning charge and then a weekly charge after that. Your
aware that these people know many other people and this could turn into
lots of referrals. You also know the client has gone through 7 other
cleaning services. They come back and state that your prices are not
within their budget. Do you drop your price for fear of losing potential
referrals or do you stick to the price you quoted?
Q: I have this really bad stain on
my quarry tiled floors. How can I get them out?
